Very friendly, always clean, service is fast, inexpensive. Im not a sea food fan, so I always order the street tacos, but I hear the ceviche is awesome, along with the tacos. Small sitting area, unfortunately they close early, dont sell carne asada or rice but Its a must try spot wont disappoint.

I love al pastor tacos and I know good tacos. Playas Ceviche & Tortas has REALLY GOOD al pastor! Some crispy parts from the flame and deliciously seasoned. The fish ceviche was flavorful and had a great texture. Came with perfectly fried tortilla chips with the right amount of salt. Service was fast and everyone was extremely nice! I would definitely come here again. Probably today

Flew into Long Beach and didn't have time to go to my regular tortas spot. This well reviewed small shop did not disappoint. A healthy serving of mixed ceviche was perfect for such a hot day. It's hard for me to turn down a torta ahogada (slow roasted pork sandwich drowned in a thick spicy red sauce). Both were excellent. The potato taco was also a treat.

This is a small "blink and you'll miss it" place, but well worth your time. Their ceviche is excellent, fresh, flavorful, and an excellent ratio of meat to filling. The price is also right.

Best ceviche in Lakewood! Ask for the house made habanero sauce. Ignore the salty 1 star reviews below, they're trippin. My wife and I have been going here for years! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. Always clean. Staff is very, very friendly (unless you are a rude, priviledged individual). Seafood is well prepared . Try to get there before 2pm. They close at 4 (unless its a slow day). This review is legit, real talk. UPDATE 08-03-24: Still the best in the area! Super fresh food! Agua chiles es mucho bueno! The ceviche is STILL incredible! EAT HERE!!!

It was my first time here and I will definitely be going back! I'm already telling my friends that we need to go there. I had the beef burrito it was delicious. The meat was seasoned it was perfect. The owner Leo is very friendly and has a good sense of humor.
